We shipped our belongings from Sydney to New York and somehow Santa Fe Wridgways has lost one of our boxes. We emailed their Sydney Branch Manager (Petar Ralevski) who has since left the company, the operations manager (John Clark) was copied in the email but so far he has failed to respond or even acknowledge our email. We also cc’d the sales person (Michael Knowles) who did not respond either and our logistics contact (Anika Petrovska) has also left the company as well. Charlene from the Sydney office directed us to contact David Newman (Anika’s manager) in the Brisbane office but after an email and a message we still have yet to hear from him. It looks like the company avoids responding to any issues and takes no accountability nor responsibility. So unless this is the level of service you find acceptable, don’t ever give Santa Fe Wridgways your business.

The packing team was not professional at all. They knew the dimensions of our consignment and yet on the day they came to pack up our stuff they only came with 10 cardboard boxes - and they didn’t offer a solution at all. They just said they didn’t have enough boxes. We actually took the initiative to contact their office for someone to deliver more boxes. They employ backpackers who speak very little English to do the packing and they couldn’t answer simple questions we asked them about packing our belongings.

Their management team doesn’t seem to last long and when there is an issue no one responds to your emails, or would direct your call to a number that never gets answered.

Don't waste your time ! Originally called this company, they encouraged me to get them to come out for a definitive quote, made many comments how they are a lot better than most removal companies, I made the time for them to come, And still awaiting a quote three days later. All makes sense now when you check the reviews. I would not rely on this company.

Have contacted the company twice to organize a Quote. Always told they will call back. Never return calls...

Michael Knowles was quick to promise the world when he wanted our business but since we committed to using them, he has disappeared and has not responded at all when there are issues.

We took out full insurance on our consignment but we have not heard back from anyone from their team when we raised the issue of the missing box and how to claim insurance.

If we don’t hear back from Santa Fe Wridgways, we will be contacting NSW Fair Trading to file a complaint.

Do yourself a favor, do not use Santa Fe Wridgways and spend your money elsewhere.

Advice: If you have had issues with Santa Fe Wridgways, I suggest filing a complaint with the consumer protection agency in your state!

I would NOT recommend this company at all! Stay away from them unless you want to throw your money away for no reason.
