  Can't give none or half star so you get one. Have moved numerous times over thirty years, this service was the worst experience we have had the misfortune to endure. Lack of communication, not just with us but within this……I was going to say organisation but there is nothing organised about them. Incompetent staff, not all though, two of our packers were great the other three were less than average bordering useless. If you are going to employ someone to answer phones it is a good idea if they can speak and comprehend English. Damaged items on arrival, fight for compensation, look elsewhere for your moving requirements.
