  Had the dreaded move from Melbourne to Brisbane..In Brisbane today..the 3 guys - Steve Greg and Damien were fantastic!...Came spot on time which wasn't expected and Steve did over and above...Greg gave helpful advice about stability and care of Grandfather clock.....Im relieved the move is over and am left very impressed with the Brisbane team!

  We had Dawson pack up our house, store it for a few months and then deliver it. Overall the experience was pleasant besides a large expensive outdoor pot that they destroyed due to being packed too high and falling in an avalanche while unpacking. Luckily I had taken out insurance but after weeks of emailing and them fobbing me off saying they were waiting on their insurance agent, they eventually stopped responding to me. The pot was not astronomically expensive, this is no way to do business.

  Not good. We have moved a lot and this was really poor. They put office labels on absolutely everything, and I mean everything, and I have now spent weeks peeling them off with acetone. The unpacking team were generally sullen and unhelpful and clearly didn't want to be there. They tried to unpack a 5 bedroom house in 3 hours, having taken a day a half to pack. They were ditching household items (inc. my daughters bed) in the shed at the bottom of an acreage property as they couldn't be bothered carrying it upstairs. It was a corporate move and as we weren't directly paying them they couldn't be less interested. I could rant all day. Employ someone else. Anyone else.

  Had a great experience with this company. They were on time, highly efficient and handling our stuff with great care. even our piano wasn't a problem. they even lent us the moving boxes so we could pack up. Big thanks to the boys on the day , Mike and Jason, nothing was a problem for them. Thank you
