  That Tracey lady is so abrupt and rude. A couple of days ago I went to get my hair cut and she was so rough and would randomly walk off during the process of cutting my hair to drink her cup of coffee in the back room. Before I left I asked if i could use the toilet and she raised her voice at me and made up a fake excuse that the toilets was for staff only but my wife had come in a couple of days before hand and they let her use the toilet. If there was the option I would of picked 0 stars. When I would go there and Irene was there she was polite and very respectful towards me. She did an outstanding job and ever since she left it has never been the same just to clarify if I wasn't clear ME OR MY WIFE WILL NOT BE COMING TO ELAINES ON ELIZABETH HAIR DESIGN EVER AGAIN!!

  Hi all. I owned this salon for 25 years prior to the current owner. I can assure you that you are in very good hands with the current owner and her chosen team. Customer service, quality hairdressing and very reasonable prices remain strong values for this great local team. I recommend you pop on and see for yourself. Don't be swayed by the previous post as the author is known and has an alternative, irrelevant motive. The salon has has been around a very long time and will continue to be so. Just ask the locals
